For anything about a download, a template, a result that looks wrong, or a payment. A person reads every message, usually within one business day.

It is on your receipt email and the download page, like #42.
For a wrong result, include the numbers you entered and the tool name. For a template, the plugin versions help.

Quick answers

I did not get my download link

The link is on the page right after payment and in the receipt email, sent to the address you entered at checkout. Check spam for a message from [email protected]. If it is not there within ten minutes, send the form above with your order number and we will resend it.

The link says the order has not been paid

Stripe usually confirms within a minute. If it still says unpaid after that, the payment did not complete; your bank may have declined it. Reply to the receipt email or use the form and we will check.

What exactly is in a template?

The Template ($9) is the Gravity Forms export file for that calculator, a one-page install guide with every field and formula, and the list of plugins it needs. The Bundle ($29) adds a PDF walkthrough with a screenshot of every field’s settings, and the two stylesheets that give the form the look you see on this site. Nothing else; no video, no support plan.

Which plugins do I need?

Gravity Forms, any license. Thirteen of the twenty launch templates need nothing else. The money and date calculators also need GP Advanced Calculations from Gravity Wiz, which is stated on each template page before you buy and in the install guide.

Refunds

Digital files cannot be returned, but if a template does not import or does not work as described on its page, say so within 14 days and you get your money back. Charges appear as WP Mantis on your statement.

License

Use a template on any site you own or build for a client, and change it however you like. Please do not resell, redistribute or give away the files themselves.

A calculator gave a wrong result

Every tool page shows its formula under “How it’s calculated”. If the numbers still look off, send the tool name and the inputs you used; mistakes get fixed on the live tool and in the template.
