Privacy

This site is operated by WP Mantis (“we”). This page says what information the site handles and why. Short version: the calculators do not store what you type; buying a template stores what is needed to deliver it and nothing more.

The calculators

Results are computed in your browser as you type. Nothing you enter into a calculator is sent to us or stored.

Buying a template

At checkout we collect your email address and, optionally, your name, and record which template and package you bought, the amount, the time, and the Stripe transaction reference. Payment itself happens on Stripe’s hosted checkout: your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site. We use your email to send the receipt and the download link, and to answer support questions about the order. Charges appear as WP Mantis on your statement. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Support and suggestions

Messages sent through the support and suggestion forms, including the email address you give, are stored in this site’s form entries and emailed to us so we can reply. We do not add you to any list.

Analytics

We use Usermaven to see which pages and tools are used and how often, so we know what to improve. It runs in privacy mode: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and visitors are not identified. Events we record are things like “a result was shown” or “a template was bought”, never the numbers you typed.

Advertising

Pages carry two kinds of advertising. Affiliate links to Gravity Forms and related plugins we use ourselves: if you buy through one we may earn a commission at no cost to you, and the link itself sets no cookie on this site. Google AdSense, where active, may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites; you can opt out at Google's ad settings. Affiliate placements are labelled “Advertisement”.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own for visitors. Gravity Forms may set a short-lived cookie to protect a form submission. Google AdSense, where active, sets its own cookies as described above.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date below moves and the change is described here. Last updated October 15, 2026.
